How to land a software job

This is one of the most hilarious stories i have ever heard. Sometime some people get lucky and work hard to stay where they are, but some just ride their luck too long.
I also happen to work with a colleague who was atrocious and did not know the abc of said technology. When i started digging around it seems that the guy wasn't even interviewed by the team who hired him.
